Geocache Description:



Cache a short walk off the trail called Cabin John Trail in a local park. The trails was in 2017 also improved to allow a much better trail for mountain bikes. 

 

Why this name? 
Karlstejn is a name of castle in the Czech republic. It was a seat of Czech king.
Karlštejn Castle is a large Gothic castle founded 1348 CE by 
Charles IV, Holy Roman Emperor-elect and King of Bohemia. 
The castle served as a place for safekeeping the Imperial Regalia 
as well as the Bohemian/Czech crown jewels, holy relics, and other royal treasures.
