Geocache Description:

For the traditional cache hunter, I'm trying to introduce you to the small towns of Benton County. This is a Village named Wapicada and I'm not really sure of the boundaries. In the cities of Benton there are signs posted at the edges of the community. Not so with villages and towns. A Village is your very basic description, in fact it actully is defined as a general area or a district. I do know that this village has a golf course and there are district signs up in almost every yard. It is listed just outside of St. Cloud. The cache is on a road right of way on the edge of the Village. It is a camoflaged malt cup and has room for small swag. There is a ftf wooden coin in this hide and a pathtag. There is also a neighborhood dog about 700 ft away who will alert it's owner that you are there so use stealth and choose low traffic times of day.
