Jiangong Islet is located off the west coast of Kinmen Island. It is only 500 square meters and features a viewing platform and statue of Koxinga. The islet was recently reopened when repairs were completed after 2016's Typhoon Meranti. To welcome the reopening in February of this year I have placed this cache.
The unique aspect of this place is that it is accessible by a path that only appears at low tide, hence the nickname "Moses Islet."
There is a tide chart at the access point. The current month's low tide timetable can also be found here. It's a good idea to wear shoes that you don't mind getting dirty because you will likely be walking in muddy conditions.
The cache is a thin case. Please bring your own pen; the log sheet must be signed to qualify as a Find.
When I placed this cache I didn't know there used to be another here (GC19QTK), but it makes sense, given that this is quite a special place. Thanks to monkey_travels for letting me know.
