I love to run in this park and it is rich in history. We take communications for granted, never thinking about the engineering skill that was involved in connecting us. There are lots of markers in this park reminding us of this history. There was once a building here, but it is now marked with metal arches and benches. You are looking for a very small magnetic cache. BYOP and you will likely need tweezers too.
