Geocache Description:

The Riverbank was a 2016 release from Paul Simon. It was partly inspired by a funeral of a friend of Simons who died in the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in 2012

Part of a trail along the Waimakariri River. When placing this cache we parked opposite the Waimak River Riding Centre and walked over path towards the river.
