Georgia is known for many outdoor activities, the Masters Tournament being just one of them. This prestigous golf event was first played in 1934 after being started by Bobby Jones (an Atlanta native) and investment banker Clifford Roberts. I am placing this cache in honor of the 84th Masters being played during this first week of April right here in Georgia.
Mark Twain is attributed with the quote: "Golf is a good walk spoiled." Some would say the same of geocaching.
Please do not park on Suwanee Dam Road: it is not safe. There is ample safe parking on the Henry Bailey Road Cul de Sac and in the parking lot of the nearby eating establishment.
