Geocache Description:

Lovely walk along the Fife Coastal Path from Kingsbarns Golf Links to Kenly Water and/or Boarhills Village to Kingsbarns Golf Links, depending on what direction you are travelling in  Geologically the coastal path is very interesting and there are beautiful views out to sea.

The cache is located just off the coastal path up a grassy farm track which comes out on the main road just before the village of Kingsbarns. If walking down from Kingsbarns then it is a pleasant stroll down a grassy track in between two fields bordered on both sides by a stone wall. Cache is easily accessible with young children, however, because there are livestock in one of the fields dogs should be kept on a lead.

The farmer has replaced the gate with a brand shiny new one, but the remains of the rusty old iron gate are still there, almost hidden now by the long grass. You probably won't see it, but if you're very unlucky you might trip over it!

Cache is a standard lock and lock box.
