I placed this cache in recognition of Mmarmont's 50th trip around the Sun.
Since he's getting up there, he probably is thinking about retirement. If things don't work out, this "retirement community" might be a good back up plan. It has it all: good neighborhood, great weather, all kinds of shopping and dining near by & the beach isn't too far away either.
Posted coordinates will get you really close. Just familiarize yourself with the amenities and you should find the cache easy.
