Glenwood community league has been generous enough to donate this hall to us once a month for a boardgame night, and even hosted our local 2016 and 2017 GIFF nights. We had a successful park cleanup in October, now we've had a winter and a melt (hopefully) leaving everythng stuck in the snow behind. Lets give a little back again.
The plan is to have our typical boardgame night, hall untill 11:00pm or whenever we decide to wrap up...
BUT
Our first hour *6:30pm to 7:30pm* will be dedicated to cleaning up the park from the winter melt. I'll have garbage bags and hopefully be able to get my hands on some rubber gloves, but bring work gloves if you want them. For the most part what we'll be dealing with is cleaning fence lines, under and around spruce trees and the sand/area around the playground. Feel free to dress up in your best "Star Wars" garb to do it!
