BC Geocaching Association - Annual General Meeting Event Cache

Join us in the Beautiful West Kootenays for the BC Geocaching Association Annual General Meeting.

DATE: Saturday, June 9, 2018
TIME: 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. Registration begins at 5pm with the meeting called to order at approximately 5:30pm. Meeting will last about an hour.
LOCATION: Beaver Valley Family Fun Park Gazebo. Event Coordinates are for the front gate. Please see campground map HERE for directions once you arrive. 

• Everyone is welcome to attend but only BCGA members are permitted to vote.
• Memberships forms will be available or apply now here.
• The agenda will be available to members in the formal Notice of Meeting but will include the results of the electronic voting for Directors, presentation of the financial statements, and any other business of the BCGA.
   
• Anyone wanting to stay the weekend, go to BC Geocaching Association - Annual General Meeting GC7MYM8 to log your “will attend” and the BCGA Campout page to find the details on how to reserve your spot.
