Si, perchè oltre alla sua SIG Sauer P228 non se ne va mai in giro senza un coltello.
A Gibbs un coltello può servire per un numero infinito di necessità:
- per difesa personale
- per aggredire un avversario
- recuperare una pallottola impiantata in un oggetto (episodio 13 della 1^ stagione)
- togliere un mattone da un muro (episodio 13 della 1^ stagione)
- liberare un prigioniero incatenato (episodio 20 della 1^ stagione)
ll coltello è un utensile di uso manuale utilizzato per il taglio. Il termine deriva dal latino cultellus, diminutivo di culter (cioè coltello dell'aratro). Solitamente consiste in una lama ad una punta con uno o più bordi affilati fissata ad un manico. Le lame sono state utilizzate come utensili ed armi dall'età della pietra, all'alba dell'umanità. Gli antropologi ritengono che il coltello sia uno dei primi attrezzi progettati dagli esseri umani per sopravvivere.
Le prime lame erano di selce o di ossidiana, scheggiata o levigata ad un bordo, a volte dotate di un manico. Più tardi con gli sviluppi della fusione e della metallurgia le lame sono state sostituite prima dal rame, poi dal bronzo, dal ferro, e infine dall'acciaio.
Mentre i materiali sono cambiati con il tempo, il disegno di base rimane lo stesso. Oggi la maggior parte delle lame è utilizzata in cucina. I coltelli a serramanico e multi-lama da tasca sono più facilmente trasportabili, per essere disponibili dovunque. L'importanza dei coltelli come arma è un po' oscurata dalla nascita di armi più efficienti e specializzate, ma una lama è dotazione dei militari di qualunque esercito.
Stessa sorte non è capitata all'ARCO.
Da arma bianca da tiro nell'ordinament oGiuridico nazionale è diventato un ATTREZZO SPORTIVO e il suo uso non è vincolato da nessun obbligo di licenza.
La cache si trova all'entrata di un campo di tiro con l'ARCO.
Le specialità con cui si "tira" sono:
arco olimpico => un arco ricurvo che sfruttando l'elasticità di due flettenti con controcurvatura arriva ad esprimete più potenza rispetto ad un arco ricurvo tradizionale;
compound => arco molto potente e preciso che si basa su flettenti semirigidi associati ad un sistema di leve ad eccentrici (arco usato da rambo nei sui mitici film).
Le distanze di tiro vanno dai 18 ai 90 metri. E si tira su bersagli rotondi con centri concentrici colorati.
Il campo non è frequentato 24 ore su 24.
Per raccogliere il prezioso oggetto dovete solo che far finta di allacciare le scarpe.
Riponete con cura il contenitore, cercando di occultarlo il più possibile alla vista.
