RenMin: Thanks again to all who came out. We had a great day to gather and chat. I don't get up to this neck of the woods all that often so it was good to meet some locals while being joined by an Albany local. My only regret is not having more time to tour Thurman. I guess I will have to come back. Until we meet again.

Geocache Description:


It has been a while since my last "Warmin' Up" event. This year we will meet at the trailhead for Crane Mountain. Although the plan for the day is to hike the 3.1 mile loop, the event will take place at the parking area from 0730-0930. A light breakfast of coffee, muffins, and donuts (breakfast of champions) will be provided. Feel free to bring a breakfast item to share and a geo-themed raffle prize.

Crane Mountain is a 3.1 mile loop hike  located near Warrensburg, NY. It features a lake, natural stone bridge, cliff ladders,
and amazing views. The parking area where the event will take place holds about 12 cars. Whether you plan to join us for the day or
just for the event, I am sure you will have a good time.

Before the event raps up we will take a group photo, raffle off any donated items, and hit the trail.

Please consider stopping by while we are warmin' up at Crane Mountain.
