The Cameron Lakes are a great place to take a kayak or canoe for a paddle to explore nature. The great trail, built on the abandoned Guysborough Railway, is a multi-use trail suitable for hiking, biking, atving or horse-back riding and passes by the lakes. The lakes can be accessed from the Melrose/Country Harbour Rd or the Great Trail. The trail head provided is the closest access for a vechicle other than an atv.
