Welcome to Emmerling park, Indiana township. From the parking coordinates cross the small foot bridge and follow the Rachel Carson Trail. After the pavilion you will see a path heading straight uphill, that's your trail. There are a few more geocahes in the area so plan some time to hit them all. As a bonus, the RCTC series have keywords to collect. 26 keywords will get you a geocoin, all 40 will get you a trackable wooden coin so be sure to check them out!
If I can make a suggestion, from this cache do not go back down the trail to reach Colorado in Pennsylvania (GC7DBG5) because you will have to climb back up again. The easiest loop within the park is Foot Bridge > The Core > Mt. Emerling > Hiking > Colorado in Pennsylvania. That being said, this is your trip so have some fun with it.
The cache is a brown 30 cal Ammo can. Finding the container is easy. Signing the log book is a little harder

To reset the core: Line up the two dots, turn the puzzle upside down, and wiggle the core until you hear a click. The puzzle should now be reset
