This cache will bring you to the base of the Mountain River Trail. Nearby is a small parking area and nice hidden camping spot by the river. Mountain river trail rises from an elevation of 220m quickly climbing to 970m over just 5.6km where it meets East West Trail which you can take to either Mountain peak. There are a couple of washed out bridges and some boulders to negotiate but well worth the walk. Turning left at the intersection will take you to the top of Trestle Mountain, a total of 13.8km with a ride of 990m.
