This geo-puzzle cache is part of a series of easy puzzles. The series is intended to get cachers involved that don't do geo-puzzles. Since non-puzzlers usually do not include puzzles in their PQs, it would be appreciated if the puzzlers out there would spread the word.
This puzzle is a variation on the old Rot 13, or Caesar Cipher, which is a cipher for encoding letters. You will have to create your own rotation grid to solve this. It's not very hard to do, but I added a .5* to the difficulty because you will have to crank up your brain, but only to low gear.
