The cache is not at the posted coordinates. Instead, you will find there a benchmark on the side of the building, about 40cm above ground level. Find the four digit number on the benchmark and call the digits A,B,C,and D.
The cache is a well disguised pill bottle, (big enough to hold about 300 pills or several hundred dollars of cash) located at N45 48.(A+B), C, A W077 07.(B-D-D), C, A in a cedar tree.
Or if you would rather use the couch potato/computer geek approach, use satellite imagery to locate the above coordinates. Then use the benchmark locator at:
http://www.gisapplication.lrc.gov.on.ca/cosineONT/Index.html?site=cosine&viewer=OntarioViewer&locale=en-US
to find the red square nearest those coordinates. The last four digits on the red square are the four digits on the benchmark.
You will probably need to consult:

in order to be able to use the cosine website. Anybody want to be a surveyor when they grow up?
