I love caches in high places! So far I've gotten the highest cache in Washington State (Mt. Rainier) and Ireland (Carrauntoohil). Now time to for for the top of the UK!
Would love to have some company up on the summit of Ben Nevis. Bring your lunch and hopefully we'll have nice weather for a picnic!
Event time: 13:00 hours to 13:30 hours - For folks from the U.S. like me, 1:00pm-1:30pm ;)
If you'd like to join me for the hike, please meet at the parking coordinates at 8:45am. I plan to start on the walk up the tourist path at 9am sharp. Recommendations suggested that 4 hours up at an easy pace would be enough time to reach the top for the event time.
Warning: This is not an easy hike. Be sure to prepare for the conditions and pack plenty of water. If it seems too dangerous to climb Ben Nevis, the event may need to be canceled so keep an eye on the weather and the cache page on the morning of the event.
