The Cheese Series has made a reappearance for SCAR XI with some well-known and some more obscure varieties. Next year we might have to match some good vino with all this yummy cheese.
Quark is a soft, non-aged and unsalted fresh cheese and is widespread in German-speaking and Slavic countries. It is sometimes mistaken as ricotta or cottage cheese and is an essential ingredient when making a German-style cheesecake.
