There is an issue with a nearby tower, and we need your help to fix it. First stop is the key box to retrieve your tools. From there, follow the instructions to power cycle the equipment via the service disconnect and restore communications.
The switch must be in the off position in order to open the box. Sign the inspection log, and don't forget to return the switch back to the on position so that service is not interrupted for long.
