Geocache Description:


The Colennan Reservoir was created by damming a small stream to provide water for the town of Troon. The reservoir is no longer used as a water supply and is maintained by a local angling club who keep it stocked with trout. The Smugglers Trail walking tour runs along next to it. I have had to replace this cache in a new spot because of muggles, please make sure it is carefully rehidden. Watch out for nettles! My GPS only gave me an accuracy of 9m on this hide, so check the hint.
