This is a camo'd medium-size Lock-n-Lock container in the unincorporated hamlet of Surbiton.
Surbiton is located at the north end of Stockwell lake. There is a marshy area northward, down the road, from GZ where you'll see a variety of wading birds during the summer months.
The cache is a camo'd medium-size Lock-n-Lock that contains a log book, a pencil, and several trade items.
