" Kikusei-dai" means "scooping stars hill".
The night view from here is one of the most beautiful scene in Kobe City, that is called as "The 10 Million Dollar Night View". Of course，you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Osaka bay from here in the daytime of fine day，too.
The parking space is a little far away. You can not approach by motorcycles. Bus, ropeway and cable cars are available. Although with steep hills , there are some hiking courses. It takes around 2 - 3 hours from town.
The new cache has reinstalled due to the original GZ removal. Flash lights are needed at night.(12th,Sep.2021)
掬星台は星をすくうと書きます。ここから観る神戸市の夜景は、「1000万ドルの夜景」と評されるほど美しいです。昼間でも天気のよい日は大阪湾を一望できる眺望スポットです。是非一度お越し下さい。
駐車場は少し離れています。自動二輪車は通行できません。バス、ロープウェイ、ケーブルカーが利用できます。すこし急な坂が続きますがハイキングコースもあり、街からおよそ２～３時間です。
GZの撤去に伴い、公園内の別の場所に再設置しました。夜間はライトが必要です。2021/9/12
