A cache hidden in what used to be the first train station in Israel.
About the place:
Today it is an area of cafes, shopping and unique botique shops.
But between 1891-1948 this place served as the first station on the line to Jerusalem, the first railway in the country.

About the cache:
I don't think the station area is opened after midnight, but physically it is probably possible to go inside, though i would recommend not doing so, it will be suspicious for someone to wander around there at night. So better come from morning to late evenning, when the place is open.
Find the train car in the picture, GZ is the eastern stairs, see big spoiler hint for help.
Be stealthy as there is security here. You can use your bag for cover.
After putting back, make sure it is not or hardly visible when standing in front of the stairs.
