This is the seventeenth in a series of historic Randolph Township caches

Welcome to Gazebo Park! Feel free to have a picnic inside the gazebo while you are here.
The statue in front of the gazebo is Little Miss Englewood. The City of Englewood held an essay about why you should be considered the “daughter of Englewood”. The winner would work with an award winning sculptor and the likeness placed at the Overlook Park. The contest was sponsored by the City and the Earl Heck Center supporting the anniversary of the City founding. Ashley (who was then in the fifth grade) submitted an essay and was picked as a finalist. She then had to present the essay in front of the city council which then selected her as the winner! Since then the Daughter of Englewood has adorned the Main Street corridor and welcomed city visitors.
Important notes:
Cache with confidence! The container was placed with permission from the City of Englewood.
Bring your own writing stick. Look for the cache in daylight hours only.
Congratulations to jinx113, Theophilus2003, CantStopTheRuns and whateverthisis45 for making this their first find!
