Star Trek first aired over 50 years ago. Created by Gene Roddenberry in 1964, the franchise has spawned numerous television series, films, comics, novels, games, and fan fiction...and now there's a Trek-themed GeoArt series in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.
Romulus was a temperate planet with numerous large bodies of water. It was the homeworld of the Romulans and the capital of the Romulan Star Empire until 2387, when it was destroyed by a supernova.
Specific coordinates for Romulus have not been shown in Star Trek productions. There are places named Romulus at N 42 13.333 W 83 23.800 (suburb of Metro Detroit, MI) and N 35 06.983 W 96 55.400 (unincorporated Pottawatomie County, OK), but the most that's known about the planet's location is that it's Sector Z-6 of the Beta Quadrant.
