Geocache Description:

Cache seekers assume all risks involved in seeking this cache, so be sure to check road/trail conditions and be properly prepared. The cache and route may be under snow during winter and a Northwest Forest Pass might be required.

Star Trek first aired over 50 years ago. Created by Gene Roddenberry in 1964, the franchise has spawned numerous television series, films, comics, novels, games, and fan fiction...and now there's a Trek-themed GeoArt series in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest.

The Klingon language has become the most widely spoken fictional language in the world, according to the Guinness World Records. It made it's first appearance in Star Trek: The Motion Picture as some random sounds. It was developed more fully a couple movies later when Dr. Marc Okrand, a professional linguist that created a few lines of Vulcan dialogue for Star Trek II, was hired to develop the Klingon language for Star Trek III. Okrand then published The Klingon Dictionary, which included an explanation of the atypical object-verb-subject structure of the language. That dictionary has sold over 300k copies and been translated into other languages. There's also an organization founded to promote and support the language, with translations of Shakespeare works, fiction and poetry magazines, meetings, social media, and an annual convention.

Learning Klingon is no small task. You won't need to learn any grammar, but you will need to identify a few Klingon words to translate the coordinates of this cache.
