The restaurant that used to be in this location was a family-owned business we patronized every Sunday. It was long-established, all the employees were long-term, and it was a hub and meeting place for the community. There's something about a business where they greet their customers by name, and vice-versa. There's something about family recipes (terrific salsa!) and a friendly atmosphere. Chain stores just aren't the same! Bob's Big Boy moved in, then they closed and a Starbuck's was built. Time passes, kids grow up, and the nature of business changes. But local residents still remember the Dimian brothers, and mourn the loss of a great family business. BYOP, this cache is log only.
