This cache is placed along the Iowa River. It is located east of Alden. It is intended to be retrieved by canoe or kayak. It is surrounded by private property. Bring your own pen/pencil and please do not trespass!
Not 24/7 if accessed through the park & pets are not allowed either.
It's nothing like the Happy Island (actually the Chippewa) in Wisconsin but it holds a treasured d/t just as well.
