This cache is being left by Cadette Troop 3145 as part of earning their Trailblazing Skills Badge. We named it after the founder of Girl Scouts, Juliette Low. Good luck and have fun! Beware of wonky GPS coordinates in this area due to trees and hills but it is in the front of the building (southeast face). The cache is not in the locked section of the park. And please do not enter the building.
