Have you always wanted to play the game Clue...while kayaking? Well, now you can! I will be placing a new Clue-themed series of caches. There will be 6 water caches where you will obtain clues at each to determine the murder suspect, weapon, and location. Once you have solved the mystery, you will be able find the final of the series (this will be 7 total caches). I'm also planning at least one new Clue-themed night cache and possibly two. More details to come...
The coords of the event bring you to parking for the boat launch on the South end of Hemlock Lake. If you would like to stay and paddle after the sun sets (which I completely recommend) be sure to bring a light for your boat as per boating regulations. You should also bring a life vest and a whistle, bottled water and a bag lunch. There are rentals located nearby (message me or use Google for details). I do have one extra kayak for someone to use (message me if interested). Hemlock Lake is usually very peaceful as the large power boats are not allowed here due to Hemlock Lake being part of the watershed.
The official event time will be 2pm to 2:30pm. This is the time I will be at the launch. Afterwards we can spend the rest of the afternoon/evening kayaking beautiful Hemlock Lake. I am in the process of planning some new caches for the event and will provide more details as we get closer to the event.
