Geocache Description:

We have been Geocaching for 6 years and enjoy doing other peoples caches and thought it was about time others enjoyed some caches we had placed.

We have made our route using all the knowledge we have gained over the 6 years. We hope you enjoy finding the caches as much as we have enjoyed planning, building and placing the caches.

Please note this is not a box behind a tree series but is more off a challenge. Most caches are disguised and will require some searching to find.

The route is around 6 miles, along flat paths with 11 stiles and sometime cattle between 7 and 9 (but they have never bothered us and run away when you get close).

Due to cache sizes a Pen or Pencil will be required for most logs, also tweezers will be helpful to extract some of the logs. Only one of the caches on route and the Bonus cache are big enough for placing Swaps and Trackables.

The route has 27 caches with a Bonus cache at the end. Each cache will contain a Bonus letter from A-M with a Bonus number and due to the difficulty of some of the finds each Bonus number is repeated twice.

Due to the difficulty of some of the finds we have decided to give two hints. The 1st will point you in the right direction and the 2nd hint should allow you to find if stuck. When you reveal the hint the 2nd hint will still be encrypted, please use the Decryption Key to reveal the 2nd hint.

The route goes out on the Two Saints Way, a small 200 yard road section along Holdiford Road, this road can be busy caution is required. The route back is along the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal and over the New walking bridge the Two Waters Way. The last section is along St Thomas Lane, this road can be busy during rush hour, caution is required.

There are no shops or pubs on route. But half way around with a short detour (10-15 minute walk) there is the Barley Mow pub at Milford. After cache 12 and heading for cache 13 carry on down Holdiford Road turn right into The Green and pub is on the right after Mammoth Cycles, Please see cache No 1 at GC7N3V1 for co-ords.

There is parking near the start for around 4 cars in a layby and if you don’t want to do it all in one go there is parking half way around for 4-5 cars in another layby. Please see cache No 1 at GC7N3V1 for co-ords.

If you have never cached along this route there are also 4 other caches that can also be attempted on the way around.
