Geocache Description:

Butler Area Cachers Of Note (BACON) has teamed up with the Armstrong Rails to Trails Association (ARTA) to help maintain and improve this great resource for all to enjoy. In addition to adopting two miles of trail (54 & 59) we also volunteer for trail work days, host CITO's throughout the year, and help out at events like "Fun on the Armstrong Trail" which coincides with National Trails Day.  We are hoping to promote Geocaching, hiking, and cycling through stewardship, volunteering, and the placement of caches along the trail.  We also hope to inspire other cachers and caching groups locally and globally to get involved with civic organizations and programs that showcase what the Geocaching Community has to offer.  Hope you enjoy your time on the trail.

This cache is on the property of Nautical Mile Campground by permission of the owner, Chuck Rupp.  Plesae stay off the dock as this is a private marina. This cache also requires no climbing and it is requested that you do not climb on the beams or the stantion. It is easily recovered with both of your feet on the ground.  As this cache is on private land, please restrict your searc to daylight hours only. Thanks
