This cache is on route 24 eastbound,and is near a resturante parking lot.It is 20 foot off the road,and there is parking 20 feet away.If you park correctly no one near by can see you.It is not on the ground.The container is a 4" square plastic container,with a fold back top.It is not screwed or nailed to anything.No tools are needed,just a good eye.You'll have to drive by the area to make your turn into the parking lot.
