There are pontoons for rent at the Tims Ford Marina and kayaks/canoes/paddleboards at Lakeview Marina, that is only about two miles from Tims Ford Marina
June 18 2018 Update: I called to confirm with the Hard Dock Cafe manager, who wasn't in when I went there to discuss the event. He advised me that Saturday lunch during the summer he could NOT guarantee or reserve tables for us Therefore since several people have planned to kayak and at least one has rented a cabin, the event will be a flash mob in the Tims Ford Marina >>>Parking lot<<< from 1100 to 1130 with a group picture at 1115. The manager advised me that he would be able to work with us in the off season for an event at the Hard Dock Cafe so look for Tims Ford Marina Hard Dock Cafe V2.0 this fall.
