This is a paint by number puzzle.The numbers to the left of each row and the top of each column tell how many groups of colored squares there are in that line and, in order, how many consecutive colored squares there are in each group. For example 2 1 2 1 tells you there will be four groups that will contain, in order, 2, 1, 2, 1 consecutive colored squares. The fact that the numbers are separated indicates there is at least one empty square between them. There can also be empty squares to start and end the lines. The trick is to figure out how many empty squares come between the colored ones.
