Arduino es una plataforma de creación electrónica de código abierto y enfocada al uso no profesional de la misma. La aplicación de Arduino al Geocaching es casi directa. Gracias a esta plataforma podemos construir nuestros propios cachés con un alto componente tecnológico.
  
En este taller aprenderemos los conceptos mínimos necesarios para poder construir nuestro propio caché. En pequeños grupos ensamblaremos una plataforma con la que, cambiando el software, podemos utilizarla para varios tipos de cachés. Cada grupo construirá su propio caché, que terminado el workshop, podrán quedarse con él.
