Geocache Description:


Come and join in for a great weekend camping on the banks of the Nowendoc River in the upper Manning Valley on the Mid North Coast.

Where: Knorrit Flat Riverside Retreat Campground
When: Saturday, 15 September 2018 - 5.00pm-6.30pm
What to bring:BYO everything. Food/drink/camping equipment. Maybe bring something to add to the nibblies table.

Those staying overnight will then kick on around campfires. Some teams will be camping at least the Friday and Saturday nights. Geocachers who don't wish to camp are still very welcome to attend (visitor fees apply).

The event is on well maintained private campgrounds, and camping/access fees apply. Firepits are provided, and firewood available to purchase, and all sites are unpowered. There is an amenities block with hot showers and flushing toilets, and a small store for some basic supplies. There is no town water available at the campground, although there are some rainwater tanks (and river water). There is a sealed road to the campground.

Dogs are allowed with prior permission from management.

Sites 12-24 have been reserved for another function, so we will be down the end towards site 5. Link to site map.
