So today I was scrolling Facebook when I saw a local news article saying that we had a DISC GOLF park in Chewelah! What?!? Aparently it's a pretty wild and mostly overgrown five acre park with a creek running to the side of it (Peye Creek). A few years ago, developers wanted to build houses here, but the city (thankfully) said NO WAY, JOSE! A few months ago, disc golf was installed at this park, so maybe people will actually know it exists now. There are no signs indicating it is a park, but you'll see the disc golf baskets. I'm not giving a hint on this cache. I like to see you struggle a bit. ;) It's at ground level.
