We have a few "not where you think it will be" caches in the Euclid area; this is one of them. You can go ahead and check where you think it will be, but it's not there. Honestly, it's not there!
On the day I submitted this cache GermanyBert has found new caches 291 days in a row on a quest for 366 days in a row.
