About the Location
This cache is up at park level. If you are navigating to it from down by the river, stick to the upper paths. If you are coming through the park, there is a parking lot on Estabrook Drive at N 43° 5.505' W 87° 53.889'.
Passersby will be able to see you from the trail, so some stealth may be required. As always, should you be caught, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions.
About the Spy Gear
The television series Chuck ran from 2007-2010. In the series, Chuck Bartowski was an affable nerd who got pulled into a secret world of international espionage. The show was funny and lighthearted. It was about friendship and figuring out your direction in life more than it was about spy work. Chuck worked for the CIA, which provided an assortment of spy weapons and gadgets. In one episode, Chuck picked up a bottle of mint-flavored knock-out spray. He later used it on his best friend to keep him from picking a fight with agents from an organization of super villains.
