This is the twenty fourth cache on the Many Power trail. Once developed you should be able to park up at multiple different spots and walk a loop around back to your start point. The road has no road side parking. So dont try pull over for a park and grab there, use the waypoint parking suggested for best spots. Back streets should not have a parking problem.
The CACHE you are looking for is a small sistema container. There is room for a few small swaps and/or trackables, BYOP.
