This is the thirty fifth cache on the Many Power trail. Once developed you should be able to park up at multiple different spots and walk a loop around back to your start point. Multiple assess sites to M7 cycle track, back streets should not have a parking problem.
The CACHE you are looking for is a very large camo'ed sistema container. There is lots room for large swaps and/or trackables, BYOP.
