As an incentive to encourage walkers to the High Peak town of New Mills we have decided to create a short (two miles) circular walk with six non-Premium geocaches around and about its course. You can start/finish at either New Mills Central railway station, New Mills Newtown railway station or the Heritage Centre behind the bus station. Two more caches (Welcome to New Mills 7 and Welcome to New Mills 8) are also quite close to the centre of the town but not part of the circular walk.
This sixth and final cache on the circular walk is close to a well-known sweet factory, away from the canal edge.
