This will be my first in a series of caches with an Alphabet theme, and will be using lay-by or other places to park and most will be Cache & Dash caches along the A38 between Worcester and Tewkesbury, which is a route I am often traveling for work
I have decided to place this now, as when I visited the viewpoint I spotted a notice about the proposed next phase of the expansion of the Dule carriageway, and the possibility that the viewpoint could be removed to make way for the bridge expansion (they have already put up scaffolding to prepare for the moving of the pylons
I have no idea when any development will take place or what impact it will have on the area, however I feel that it would be a great shame if it spoils the view that you can see at this viewpoint, therefore take the opportunity to grab a cache and take in the view before it is to late
Please note construction of the road has started and they have removed the view point area, all that is in place is fencing around what use to be trees, I have moved the cache to a safe place outside the metal fencing just off the new footpath under the bridge so it can still be found, and will hope it is not too long now before the View Point is re-opened
The cache is a Bison tube, you will need to bring your own pen/pencil and possible tweezers, please return as found
