Signs on this deadend road say "No Parking on School days 7 am to 4 pm". So park accordingly - no problem during the summer, holidays and weekends. But there is also other 24/7 parking available nearby. When placing this container, I stayed away from P.I., stickers/thorns and bushwhacking down that incline. Not just hanging around.
