This cache has been placed for the CARMH 9 event with the intention that it not be located prior to 7 PM, Friday, Aug. 17th. The caches for the CARMH 9 event are released early so that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their routes prior to the event start.
At first glance, this seems like a lovely tribute and welcome to our fine city, but upon closer inspection, there seems to be a lot of folks out there who are true litterbugs, and destructive ones at that. Apparently this looks like a target of some sort?! Recycling is an important thing to do, and what's left behind here cannot be recycled. Please be aware of your surroundings and where you step when attempting to locate the cache. Watch little people at this location because of the obvious hazards here. Welcome to SAW 9 and happy caching!
