You'll love the walking trails and public fishing at the new Piney River Recreational Area and Montgomery Lake in Cabool, Mo. It's nestled back off the road, and most people aren't aware it's even there! The lake itself is named after the late Steve Montgomery, who was very instrumental in the planning and construction. Steve worked for the City of Cabool for over 20 years.
