With the cost of reserving a pavilion, we will need to be flexible. If the pavilion is already booked we will look for another location within the park.
We are gathering for a Meet and Greet Event in Russellville. Looking forward to fellowship with cachers and sharing geocaching stories, while celebrating the start of cooler Fall temperatures and leaf colors.
What: A Fall Meet 'n Greet Event
When: Saturday, September 22, 2018
Time: 12:00 - 1:30 pm
Where: Washburn Park Pavilion
Hosts: Arkansas Geocachers Association via Racquetball Girl
Kimberly5775 and her husband have generously offered to prepare, heat up, and grill some hotdogs for us. Below is a list of some of the items we will need. Each Attendee is asked to bring their own beverage. Please write in your "Will Attend" log what you can volunteer to share.
Items Needed:
1. Hot Dogs
2. Buns
3. Mustard and Ketchup
4. Chopped Onions
5. Hot dog Chili
6. Relish
7. Charcoal
8. Charcoal Lighter Fluid
9. Baked Beans
10. Chips
11. Desserts
12. Paper plates, cups, eating utensils, napkins, paper towels
Please note that each attendee will be responsible for providing his or her own drink. Also, bringing food or any of the items listed above is not a requirement for attending. It is all voluntary.
