The Minnesota Twins set a franchise record with 15 consecutive wins in June of 1991. Back then I was just a young gecko working at a reptile petting zoo at Circus Circus in Las Vegas, it didn't pay much, but I made enough money to go down to Caesar's Palace in the evening and bet on baseball games.
On June 1, the Twins were heavy underdogs at +200 against division rival Kansas City as the Royals had their best pitcher on the mound that night. I had a good feeling so I bet $2 on the Twins. The Twins won 8 - 4.

June 11: The Yankees come to the Metrodome for a 3 game series. The Twins were +200 underdogs. I bet $1 on the Twins. The Twins won 5-3.
June 12: The Twins played game 2 of 3 against the Yankees. The total runs for the game was at +150 OVER 8 1/2. I bet $2 on the OVER. The Twins won 6-3.
June 13: The Twins were +200 underdogs against the Yankees. I bet $1 on the Twins. The Twins won easily 10-3.
June 14: The Twins travel to Cleveland for a 3 game series. The Twins were +160 underdogs, I bet $5 on the Twins. The Twins shut out the Indians and won 7-0.

June 16: In the final game of the 3 game series against the Indians, the total runs for the game was -120 under 8 1/2. I bet $6 on the UNDER. The Twins won 4-2.
